Although he bought the Hollywood Hills home for $20 million, Eddie Murphy has since converted it into an estate worth a whopping $85 million. The home is his family’s very own personal vacation resort. Measuring 16 acres, it isn’t surprising to hear that the mansion comes with no less than 32 rooms. That includes 9 bedrooms, 9 baths, a tennis court, indoor and outdoor pools, a guesthouse, and a spa. The main house itself measures around 20,000 square feet! Needless to say, it also has everything the Murphy family could ever want and need. The house comes with its own hiking and riding trails and horse stable.
