Leonardo DiCaprio: $1.75 Million, Belize
There is no way you don’t know who Leonardo DiCaprio is! Did you know that the actor and environment purchased an island in Belize called the Blackadore Caye? It was in 2005 that he paid for the 104-acre isle and he has since poured in money to convert it into his very own eco-friendly resort. There are now 36 villas on the island and they go for $5 million each. The construction has wrapped up and we are proud of Leo for what he has accomplished. He made sure that local materials and solar panels were used. Aside from these, only reusable water bottles will be allowed on the property and all vehicles must use clean energy. The food, meanwhile, will all be organic and local.
