They would love to see what happens after bosses and corporate leaders find out what’s happening when they’re not around. Well, this is exactly what happens in the show! After all, having your boss disguise as a common employee is a great way to evaluate the current business processes. But honestly, it’s all scripted. What happens in real life is that bosses never follow through with the promises they made on air. How terrible is that!
