However, a guy named Romario Dos Santos was willing to give it a try. This Brazilian man wanted to look exactly like the comic book character. So he went on and grew his biceps to 25 inches by using alcohol, Synthol, and painkillers.

It was not a good idea at all, it even had a bad effect on his health. He almost had to amputate both his arms and later on attempted to put an end to his life. They had to extract the Synthol rocks that he added to his arms. Ever since the incident, he promised to stop taking drugs and is now working hard to be a great bodybuilder.
