From then on, it appeared as though things were looking up for Walter. Back then he had a brother who was living in Washington, D.C. Walter was able to live with him in his city apartment, and chose to attend the local high school- he was present in all his classes, and enjoyed basketball with his mates. However this did not last too long, Walter soon found himself mixing with the “the wrong group of kids,” and his life began to dwindle back to old times.
