Shannon is introduced in the show when Judith and Herb get married for the second time. Alan learns that she and Herb used to be engaged! This means that they both still have yet to move on from their exes at the time. They try to make the bride and groom jealous the entire time, but Shannon takes it too far by screaming Alan’s name in the middle of the ceremony. They fail to win back either of their exes.
