Brittney behaved with enough professional competence to ask politely to change tables, which is not really a huge request. The manager’s initial response (“suck it up”) reveals the mentality towards their staff member’s convenience, and what about being allowed to deny service to customers trying to impose viewpoints on someone who just wants to take their request? And what would they have to say to the owners, both Joe and Whitney Wallander?
