Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler in 50 First Dates was quite the romantic comedy to watch. Barrymore portrayed a woman with a rare kind of amnesia inflicted from a car accident. Whenever she went to sleep, any and all of her recent memories were completely erased. Until she meets a man who decides to fight for her and their even though he has to remind her who he is every single day. It seemed like just your typical Hollywood rom-com but in reality, Michelle Philpots suffers from the same kind of amnesia but in her case, she met her husband before her amnesia.
