A Chance To Educate

Once the idea about a reality show was proposed, the Roloffs couldn’t wait to tell their story. Amy remembers the moment, “The Learning Channel came to us about five or six years ago, and so we suddenly realized we were given a great opportunity to educate people about dwarfism. Nothing [else] had depicted dwarfism in an everyday way.” Since the show aired, fans continually approach the family or write to them about how much they love the show.
