Loretta Young boasts of a lengthy and interesting career. After all, she started to act when she was only two or three years old! Her career spans 1917 until 1953. The actress was nominated for an Academy Award for her work in Come to the Stable as well as The Farmer’s Daughter. Loretta Young was married to Grant Withers from 1930 until 1931, although she also had a public affair with her costar Spencer Tracy. She picked up the smoking habit at the age of eight, though she quit in the ‘80s to gain 10 pounds.
