Some of the people needed convincing that Dirty Dancing wouldn’t be a monumental flop, included the show’s producers. They even considered releasing the film straight to VHS instead at the movies. Luckily for the fans, it turned out to be the best decision they could have made and a record-breaking box office success. Thi sis probably since nothing beats watching the on-screen chemistry between Swayze and Grey on the silver screen.
