You have to admit that flying is one of the most awesome experiences you can ever have. Putting aside the airplane food and sometimes rude flight staff, flying is fun, and then there are times when it’s plain hilarious! We are SO thrilled that someone happened to have a camera on these flights. Whether it’s passengers or flight attendants, nobody would ever believe that these things happened had they never been captured on camera.
I’ll never forget the first time I went on a flight. I was just 8 years old and we heading out of the country. Yeah, I was young, excited and full of energy. But those who had to endure the flight with my questions and stories might have thought that a not-so-positive thing. In truth, they actually seemed to have enjoyed my company as much as I enjoyed theirs. My parents, sitting five rows behind, might have worried otherwise.
My first flight was not long after the movie, Home Alone, came out. Every kid wanted a Talk Boy – that nifty tape recorder that looked like a video camera. I was thrilled when the flight attendant agreed to give me a personal message over the plane’s intercom. “We’d like to wish a special little passenger, Aaron, a fun flight.” Everybody laughed since they already knew who I was; I had basically introduced myself, and pointed out every family member, to every other passenger on our flight to New York.
I doubt anyone recorded that moment. Nowadays there would have been at least ten smartphones pointed way. But that was a different time.
Flying is something that you either love or hate, or something like that. For those that have a fear of flying, nothing says, “You’re about to die!” more than some turbulence. And that’s not to say what it does to the stomachs of every passenger on board the flight. But we’re not hear to talk about freaking out on a flight. Instead we’re about to take a look at the most hilarious photos ever taken on airplanes. Some of these seem too unreal, but pictures speak louder than words… or something like that, Sit back, fasten your seatbelt, and prepare yourself for a fit of laughter.
