During the JAG days, he was Kabir Atef. People also celebrated this actor’s Oscar winning father, actor Anthony Quinn. After playing Kabir, Francesco played 24‘s terrorist Syed Ali during the second season. Additionally, this actor lent his voice to video games. Perhaps, you saw him in the Quentin Tarantino movie, Hell Ride. Unfortunately, the talented Francesco passed away in 2011.
