Perhaps, you forgot about Ned Schmidtke since he had such a small part on JAG as Congressman Harold Fetzer. Since then you have definitely seen this veteran actor on films or television. In the hysterical film, Wedding Crashers, Schmidtke played Frank Meyers. Maybe you caught him as Bishop White on Days of Our Lives or as Terry Cavanaugh on Medium. More recently, he had the role of Dr. Blackwell for the television series, Code Black.

After those roles, Shannon played Aaron James for CSI. Of course, he has also enjoyed plenty of guest roles on series like, Sons of Anarchy and Bones. Not to mention, he starred alongside Donnie Wahlbery, James Franco and Tyrese Gibson in the movie Annapolis.
