Mark Costello
Costello played Commander Onclay on JAG. Since then, Costello has kept very busy. To recap some of his work, he acted in the show General Hospital and appeared on numerous shows like, Chris Rock’s Everybody Hates Chris, Criminal Minds and The West Wing. Not too shabby.
