Believe it or not, there’s even a royal protocol for when the women learn they’re pregnant. Typically, pregnancies of royal women are reported post 12-weeks. However, the Duchess was an exception to this rule. Unfortunately, Kate Middleton suffered from aggressive nausea, the the Royal Family needed to explain her absence at official events and thus, announced the pregnancy earlier than usual.
