You have to address royals properly. It can be tricky! When meeting to Queen, you call her “Your Majesty” first and then switch to “Ma’am.” Other high female royals are “Your Royal Highness,” and then “Ma’am” as well. Male goes from “Your Royal Highness” to “Sir.”
