Funnel cake will make us all happy, but funnel cloud does not. They are dangerous cone-shaped clouts that come out of storms but do not reach the ground. Like other clouds, they are made of condensed water droplets. If they are rotating and make contact with the ground, they might become tornados. Keep in mind that they are only fearsome when they are made of warm air as cold air funnels do not pose any dangers.
