Joe Montana – San Francisco’s Marina District $2.275 Million
Joe Montana’s Tuscan Villa is nestled in a 500 acre piece of land in Calistog. The main house itself covers 10,000 square feet of land and it is beyond impressive. The NFL player spent a jaw-dropping $35 million on this property. However, Joe Montana and his partner decided to sell the said estate after living in the villa for a while. They have since moved to a more cost effective and low key condo worth $2.3 million in the same neighborhood, near the San Francisco Marina District.
