We have compiled a list of Hollywood stars who are well over 60 years old but are with us today and we have a feeling it might surprise you to learn that some of these legends are still very much active in the business!

Even though her fame had been limited to her early years and she chose to retire rather early, Cary has since shifted to writing and it has been revealed that she never really enjoyed working in the industry.

Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in 2012 and this led to her retirement since she was no longer able to sing. Ronstadt wrote a memoir in 2013 about her experience in the spotlight called Simple Dreams: A Musical Memoir.

Sports legend Billie Jean King became famous in 1973 after her tennis match win against Bobby Riggs. Then six years later, Billie Jean King was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame. Her marriage to Larry King ended in 1987. She’s been with her former doubles partner, Ilana Kloss ever since. Together, Kloss and Billie Jean live in New York.

She said, “After witnessing Elton John and his tireless efforts against HIV/AIDS. These things are important to my life now. I have the privilege of being able to get involved, so I do. I applaud people like Elton John, who have used their position to do so much good.” Now, she works to fight cancer and endometriosis.
