Elizabeth Berkey jumpstarted her career when she starred on the hit show Saved By The Bell. In 2003, she married an artist and occasional actor Greg Lauren at the luxurious Esperenza hotel in Cabo San Lucas. Elizabeth decided to legally change her name to Lauren but still uses Berkley professionally. Back in 2012, the happy couple welcomed a new baby boy into their lives.
