After a concert at Lake Tahoe in August 1973, Karen was flabbergasted by photos she saw of herself. She was convinced that her tummy stood out in the pictures, and she immediately looked for a personal trainer to help her get “back into shape”. But the trainer would turn out to do worse than she had expected.
