According to Greg, “It was a chance for a kid to do something more than play video games or sports. It teaches life lessons.” He’s right, of course. These days, more kids find entertainment in the digital world instead of the physical one.

Luke mowed lawns, raised money via the internet, and looked around for reclaimed materials. He also bartered for additional help. The teenager came up with a lot of plans for his house-building project. Some plans were eventually abandoned, while some were launched successfully.
