Eden Riegel

Back in American Pie, she played, Sarah, aka the sophomore chick, in one scene. However, this one-scene character inspired much of the mythical scenes in the movies. Probably, best known as Bianca from All My Children, Eden Riegel has earned critical acclaim. From 2000 until 2013, she played the celebrated character, but since has also done voice work and guest appearances on numerous other shows like, Hawaii Five-O and The Lion Guard.

Rebecca de Mornay

Playing Rachel Finch, Finch’s mom, Rebecca de Mornay had the role that was a foil to Stifler’s mom, as another attractive older woman. Actually, she was one of Stifler’s love interests if you recall. Back in the 1980’s, Rebecca de Mornay began acting, but her break was as Lana in Risky Business. Over the years, she’s become known for her roles in The Hand That Rocks the Cradle and Runaway Train. Clearly, American Pie cast experienced and reputable actresses to play the boys’ mothers. Since then, she has been in numerous shows and films like, Wedding Crashers and Jessica Jones as Dorothy Walker.
