Molly Cheek
Well, Molly Cheek’s role as Mrs. Levenstein was crucial to American Pie. Yeah, Jim’s mom was the unfortunate witness of a key scene and sadly, her homemade apple pie was destroyed. Anyway, Molly Cheek was not a newbie when she appeared in the film. Actually, she was acting since the 1970’s in everything from Harry and the Hendersons to The Gary Shandling Show. In fact, she continued to lead in hit shows like, Murder, She Wrote, Family Ties, Cold Case and Diagnosis Murder. In addition, you can see her in the movies, Drag Me to Hell and A Lot Like Love.
